Suggested Use & Instructions:

  • Feeding Frequency: We recommend feeding twice (2x) per day.
  • Storage: Keep frozen until ready to use. Thaw in refrigerator as needed and use within 4 days. Some liquid after completely thawing is normal. After portioning, you may refreeze for later use. Discard any uneaten product. Do not cook.
  • Feeding Guide: Feed according to your pet's age, weight, activity level, and dietary needs. Refer to our feeding guide for specific recommendations.
Feeding Instructions:
  • XS (1-7 kg)  :  125 g/day | 1/2 portion pack/day.
  •   S (7-11 kg):  250 g/day | 1 portion pack/day
  •  M (12-23 kg):500 g/day | 2 portion packs/day
  •   L (23-34 kg): 750 g/day | 3 portion packs/day
  • XL (34+ kg):  1000 g/day | 4 portion packs/day

General Green Tripe Feeding Guidelines

If the dog is on a raw diet the recommended amount to feed is 2% - 3% of the dog’s healthy adult body weight each day. You might need to adjust this amount depending on your dog’s age and metabolism. This means if the dog should weigh 50lbs, the dog will probably need 1lb to 1 ½ lbs of raw food per day to maintain his healthy weight. Puppies can need as much food per day as if they were at their adult weight, but fed in several smaller meals per day. Young puppies may need to be fed as much as 10% of their current weight each day. Pregnant and lactating females should be fed increased adjusted amounts as needed to maintain healthy body condition.


If you are feeding kibble, we recommend that you feed the green tripe and the kibble separately. You can substitute an equal amount of the dry food with the green tripe. For example, if your dog is receiving two cups of kibble per day, you would then feed one cup of green tripe and one cup of kibble as the other meal.


The green tripe will stay fresh in the refrigerator for 3-4 days once defrosted.

Safe Handling

We recommend using disposable plastic or latex gloves for handling our tripe products. We also recommend using anti-bacterial soap (it’s the best for getting rid of the smell).

ALWAYS wash your hands, counter tops and utensils after touching.

ALWAYS keep it separate from other meats – a Tupperware container with a tight fitting lid is good for this and also keeps the smell contained.

NEVER EVER try to cook it or eat this yourself – it has not been properly “cleaned” (i.e. bleached and scaled). Green tripe is FOR ANIMAL CONSUMPTION ONLY!

NEVER defrost it in the microwave (you will never get the smell out of your house).

NEVER cook the green tripe…it is to be fed to your dogs raw.
