Store in the fridge for 30 days or in the freezer if longer. In case of storing in the freeers then please empty the contents into a plastic container and then store in the freezer.

If your dog has specific goals, such as building muscle, improving gut health, or enhancing coat and skin quality, you may want to increase the frequency. Below are some ways bone broth can support your dog’s health:

For weight gain and muscle mass:

If your dog struggles to maintain or gain weight (common in breeds like Greyhounds, Dobermans, or senior dogs), bone broth is an excellent way to boost protein intake. It contains essential and non-essential amino acids, the building blocks of protein that help with muscle development.

For dogs needing extra protein or muscle mass, feed them 60–180 ml of bone broth in addition to their meals. If your dog needs to gain weight, mix in calorie-dense options like unsweetened coconut milk, or tallow for added nutrients.

Breeds prone to digestive troubles, like Bulldogs or German Shepherds, can greatly benefit from its soothing properties. Bone broth contains gelatin, which helps heal the gut lining, along with amino acids like glutamine, glycine, and proline that aid in gut repair.

If your dog needs gut support, aim for 90 ml of bone broth daily, ideally starting with an empty stomach in the morning.
