Description
Duck Meat for Dogs from Free-Range Duck: Raw Dog Food
Duck meat for dogs, the way nature intended: our Free-Range Duck Recipe is a single-protein raw dog food made with whole free-range duck, fresh duck liver and duck hearts. Duck is the only animal protein in the recipe. That makes it a popular choice for dogs that react to chicken or beef, the proteins found in most dog foods.
Duck is a rich, dark meat that dogs love. It naturally supplies iron, zinc, selenium and B vitamins, while fresh duck liver adds vitamin A for healthy skin and vision. A small share of vegetables, herbs and seaweed rounds out each bowl.
Why Choose Duck Meat for Dogs in Our Raw Dog Food?
-
• One animal protein: duck. No chicken, beef, lamb, fish or dairy.
• Whole-prey nutrition. Meat, organs and raw, edible bone in one recipe.
• Rich in iron, zinc and selenium from duck meat, heart and liver.
• Natural vitamin A from fresh duck liver for skin and vision.
• Natural calcium from raw duck bone, plus cartilage that contains glucosamine and chondroitin.
• Turmeric, spirulina and seaweed for natural antioxidants.
• Naturally high in moisture to support hydration.
• Grain-free, gluten-free, soy-free and corn-free.
Who Is This Recipe For?
Dogs Sensitive to Chicken or Beef
Beef, dairy and chicken are among the most commonly reported food allergens in dogs. Because duck is the only protein here, this recipe suits many dogs that react to them. If your dog has a diagnosed allergy, check the full ingredient list with your vet first. Learn how to run a proper diet trial in our guide to duck for dogs with allergies.
Dogs New to Raw Feeding
Duck bone is softer than beef or lamb bone, which makes this a gentle first raw recipe. Switch over 7 to 10 days, as shown in the feeding guide below.
Active and Underweight Dogs
Duck is a richer meat than chicken, so it delivers more energy per bowl. That helps working dogs and underweight dogs hold their condition.
